I had a mixed experience during my stay at the Miramare luxury hotel. While the location was stunning, offering beautiful views and a wonderful garden area, the lack of professionalism from the staff during a difficult incident was quite disappointing. I appreciated the beautiful architecture and the attentiveness of some staff, especially the breakfast team. However, the overall service experience could use improvement, particularly in conflict resolution.
